The order can be collected from Kenpoly Manufacturers Limited free of cost.
We make our best efforts to ship your order within 5 working days after receipt and clearance of the order (when all your items are available to ship) and upto 5 working days to the rest of Kenya. Shipping charges for goods delivered within Nairobi or out of Nairobi (Up-country) will incur a shipping cost of Ksh.
500 except areas considered as hardship areas i.e. Lodwar, Lokichogio, Lamu & Taveta which will incur additional costs. Note that the shipping times
are estimates and not guarantees.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place
multiple orders.
Kenpoly Manufacturers Limited is not responsible for receiving and processing an order with an incorrect shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and allow additional time for all out of town
orders.
Kenpoly Manufacturers Limited cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late
delivery.
Free shipping is available for orders above Ksh. 5,000. The free shipping only applies to orders with a shipping address within Kenya and does not apply to hardship areas. This will be done using Kenpoly Manufacturers Limited’s preferred courier. Should the client prefer a different courier other than ones offered by Kenpoly Manufacturers Limited, the client will meet the delivery costs and it will be at the client's own risk. Kenpoly Manufacturers Limited is unable to provide free shipping on orders that are split between multiple shipping addresses.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method according to the size and weight of your order, the location of your shipping address, and other factors.
Full payment must be made in advance either via mobile money (M-pesa/Airtel money), credit card or bank payment.
